The former resort of Berthemont-les-Bains, named after a hamlet in the town, gave way in July 2016 to a new spa centre.
Covering an area of 4,000 m2, it can accommodate up to 2,500 spa guests per year (instead of 900 previously).
Two major therapeutic orientations have been favored by the Valvital group which manages them: treatment of the respiratory tract and rheumatology.

SKIING, SNOW AND SLIDING AT LA COLMIANE

The ski area of La Colmiane extends over nearly 30 km of green, blue, red and black alpine ski slopes accessible thanks to the ski lifts and the Pic chairlift. The tracks meander between steep slopes, hilly passages, flat areas, between 1,400 and 1,800 meters above sea level. The summit of the Pic de la Colmiane culminates at 1,800 meters above sea level. Novices as well as the most seasoned will appreciate the ski area for practicing on the snow. If you wish, you can take lessons with the ESF de la Colmiane (French Ski School) which welcomes you for ski or snowboard lessons, collective or private. They also take care of the youngest at the Piou Piou club. Children will also have the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of sliding on the toboggan run.
LA COLMIANE IN SUMMER, THE NATURAL MOUNTAINS
Activities abound in summer in La Colmiane. Guaranteed thrills on the giant zip line. Composed of 2 lines for a total of 2,663 meters, it flies over the resort and the lakes in complete safety at a maximum speed of 130 km/h. You can live this unique and exceptional experience alone or as a duo. On land, try summer tobogganing. Installed on a monorail and equipped with a brake and a seat belt, it circulates in a privileged space for a fun moment to share, for both children and adults!
